Mobility training can be extremely rewarding as a climber, but it can be challenging to do for the first time. This program is designed to fit with your regular gym schedule: 2 flexible sessions per week designed to improve your climbing ability while reducing risk of injury. There are many progressions and regressions available to adjust the intensity of the exercises, so start slow and work your way up as you get more practice!
This 2x weekly program is designed for climbers of all levels and can be used on it’s own or combined with the self-paced mobility program. Each day of the program includes 2 complimentary warm up & skill development drills that should be performed at the beginning of your climbing session. By the end of the program you will have learned 8 different exercises that will help develop your technique, power, and confidence on the wall!
This program is designed for 2 climbing sessions per week for 4 weeks. Since it is self-paced, you can adapt this plan to your schedule. After completing the program, you can repeat the plan as many times as you would like, increasing the level of the drills as you get more comfortable with the new skills!
